From pre-start information, cross referencing construction approved drawings, specifications and details to over seeing the works during key stage inspections and through the construction build progress to the final snagging stage and handover.

 

Our inspectors are members of the ICWCI (The Institute of Clerks of the Works & Construction Inspectorate), and have over 25 years experience in the construction industry, we are also members of the RPSA (Residential Property Surveyors Association) providing the best possible service with fully comprehensive and detailed reports, ensuring all parties adhere to all current building regulations and requirements, specifications and details are followed. Monitoring quality, progress against programme, budgets and variations, contract requirements and healthy and safety.

We also offer all of the above on refurbishment/alteration projects to tenanted housing stock and void properties.
